Delegate Gearheart moved to amend the committee substitute for Senate Bill 748 on page 3, section 4, line 27, after the words “amusement tax by” by striking the words “a simple majority” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “three-fifths”;

And,

On page 4, section 4, line 31, after the word “If” by striking the words “a majority” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “three-fifths”.
